LEAD Now is a structured and informative series of classes to help current and aspiring board members better understand board service and expectations within the context of nonprofit organizations. The session is a 5-part program (non-cohort based) and is generally facilitated virtually with outside speakers. Nonprofit organizations value this program to help develop their board(s). The program provides interactive learning on a peer basis and provides sound tools to broaden the impact board members can have.
