Announcing our Keynote Speaker - Joshua Rodgers

Joshua Rodgers is a nationally recognized community engagement strategist, speaker, writer, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping organizations build stronger, more connected communities through equity, trust, and meaningful partnership. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Joshua brings more than a decade of experience designing transformative leadership initiatives, facilitating courageous dialogue, and equipping organizations to center community voice in their work.

Joshua serves as Manager of Community and Mission Engagement at Habitat for Humanity International, where he develops global strategies that strengthen volunteer and community engagement across a network of approximately 1,000 local Habitat affiliates in the United States and more than 60 area offices around the world. His work focuses on helping communities build authentic partnerships, foster belonging, and create lasting systems of engagement that advance Habitat’s mission.

In addition to his work at Habitat, Joshua is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Culture Liberation Lab, a consulting and innovation firm that helps organizations create cultures where people and communities can thrive. Through keynote presentations, leadership development, strategic facilitation, and organizational consulting, he equips leaders to move beyond good intentions and build institutions rooted in trust, shared power, and lasting impact.

Joshua is also an ordained minister, freelance journalist, and sought-after conference speaker whose work sits at the intersection of community engagement, leadership, culture, faith, and social impact. He has presented for national conferences and organizations across the country, challenging leaders to rethink how they engage communities and inspiring them to lead with courage, humility, and purpose.

He holds degrees from Morehouse College, Arkansas State University, and Georgia State University. Joshua lives in the Atlanta metropolitan area with his wife, Asha, and their two sons.
