Volunteers are the lifeblood of many nonprofit organizations and enable these organizations to fulfill their missions. As a Volunteer Manager navigating through volunteer recruitment, management and motivating people to volunteer can be challenging. We can help you gain the skills and resources you need to build and maintain a robust volunteer program.
The Volunteer Program Management Series is a 6-week training session. Guest speakers are featured throughout the series who have experience with the topics.
The course is designed for new or experienced coordinators of volunteer programs or anyone interested in exploring a career in volunteer administration. Sessions will be interactive, including ample opportunities for participants to work on topics and share their experiences with the group.
The fee for the program is $150.00 for Member Agencies or $175.00 for non-Member Agencies.
If you have any questions about this program, please call Karen Daly Smith 610-807-0336.
