http://Phillipsburgha.comEstablished in 1946, the Phillipsburg Housing Authority (PHA) provides safe and affordable community housing within a small city living environment for seniors, low/fixed income and/or families, couples and individuals. An integral part of the PHA mission is to offer educational, instructional and “hands on” learning opportunities for our residents and the under-served community to develop and/or improve their life skills for self-sufficiency and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities beyond public housing.
