Its doors are open 24/7 and its high-quality programs are designed to empower young people to rise and overcome adversity, today and in the future. Covenant House Pennsylvania (CHPA) is the largest provider for youth experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia and the only provider exclusively supporting youth age 22 and under. The moment a young person walks into a CHPA facility, the expert team moves into action to mitigate the crisis--providing the food, shelter, and health care young people need to feel safe. Once youth have settled into CHPA and their situations have stabilized, CHPA's comprehensive and free support helps them realize their fullest potential.
