Experienced Grant Writer
We are actively seeking an experienced Grant Writer to help secure funding for a growing cultural institution with immediate and ongoing needs—including a funded federal initiative and a major expansion project.
This is not a passive role—we’re looking for someone who can step in, identify opportunities, and help drive submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue foundation, corporate, and government grant opportunities
- Lead the writing and submission of proposals and LOIs
- Collaborate directly with leadership on funding strategy and program positioning
- Support reporting requirements tied to awarded grants
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in grant writing or nonprofit development
- Strong track record of persuasive, successful proposals (preferred)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
