Volunteer Grant Writer
"Volunteer Grant Writers" Needed!
Come join our team at The Sanctuary at Haafsville and help us save the lives of more cats and dogs! We have the stories; we just need skilled writers with a "can-do attitude" to help us turn them into life-saving funding. Every grant secured means more medical care, more food, and more "forever homes" for our animals in need.
The Role: Research and identify new grant opportunities. Write compelling stories that reflect the heart of our mission. Work closely with our leadership to gather necessary data. Complete and submit grant applications. Flexible, 100% remote.
Ideal Fit: A storyteller with strong writing skills that elicit passion; Detail-Oriented to follow grant guidelines to the letter; Preferred experience in grant writing or a background in professional writing/communication; Willing to dedicate aproximately 5-10 hours per month.
