Assemble signs for Lehigh County's America250PA TREASURE TRAIL sites
We could use a few crafty, handy people to help us assemble 19 signs that will be placed at cultural and historical sites on Lehigh County's "Treasure Trail" to celebrate the US Semiquincentennial.
This press release describes a design and fabrication program that was run with a team of middle & high school girls from local schools. Assembling all the signs is going to be a big job, and we could use some help! Please see the picture of the prototype in our Fab Lab.
All the little colored acrylic pieces need to be glued into to the white plastic base (already carved by a contracted CNC shop); the clear acrylic covers need to be attached to the sign with silicone caulk and screws; the big keystone signs and small site-specific signs need to be attached to the poles.
