Internship Opportunity- Administrative Assistant to Program Director
The Promise Works Workforce Development Program is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to the Program Director. This critical role is designed to provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the program and allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has excellent communication skills, and possesses strong attention to detail. This role requires someone who can manage multiple moving parts, take accurate notes during important conversations, coordinate schedules, and keep the Program Director on track with critical tasks and priorities. Candidate must also be open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive program information.
We will support the candidate with the process to request a stipend from their university or college. Promise Neighbohoods will not be paying the candidate directly.
