Gracedale Family Fest
Family Fest is a celebration of Gracedale's residents, families, and loved ones! It is held outside, in the beautiful Gracedale Gardens. There is food to purchase (volunteers receive $10 in food tickets), children's games, and entertainment. The event itself is on Tuesday, September 9th (rain date September 16th) from 4:00-6:30pm, but volunteers should report by 3:30p.
Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of tasks, including:
- Assist residents up/down handicap accessible ramp to the gardens
- Early ticket sales/resident ticket pickup (volunteers would need to report at 2:30p and would finish at 5:00p)
- Food tables - dish/plate food and collect appropriate number of tickets
- Hamburger/Sausage/Hot Dogs/French Fries/Pierogi
- BBQ/Chicken Pie/Funnel Cake
- Drinks
- Modified Diet Area
- Prize Table
- Games
