📢 Volunteers Needed for the PCPCS Annual Conference!
Wind Creek Hotel - Bethlehem, PA
We’re excited to welcome our guests to the PCPCS Annual Conference at The Wind Creek Hotel, October 19–22, and we can’t do it without the support of dedicated volunteers like you!
We are looking for helping hands to assist with any of the following:

Stuffing Attendee Bags: Assemble welcome materials and goodies for our conference guests.

Unloading Boxes from the Truck: Help us move event supplies into the venue before setup.

Assistance at the Registration Table: Greet attendees with a smile, check them in, and provide badges and materials.

Spanish-Speaking Volunteers: Assist our Spanish-speaking guests to ensure they have a seamless experience.

Decorating: Help set up signage, table displays, and decorative touches that make the event shine.

Tear Down & Clean Up: Assist in breaking down displays, packing up materials, and restoring the venue after the conference.

Must have background clearances to work around children.
Your time and service will play a vital role in making this year’s conference smooth, welcoming, and memorable for all attendees.
