Perfect Fit Resale Boutique Sales Associate
Shifts Available:

Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
-
Friday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
-
First Saturday of each month: 11:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–4:00 PM
Description:
Be the friendly face that helps support YWCA Allentown’s mission! As a Resale Boutique Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for shoppers and community members at The Perfect Fit Resale Boutique. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for anyone who enjoys retail or working with people, or wants to support a great cause in a stylish setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed

Help create a friendly, inclusive, and positive shopping experience

Support light housekeeping tasks to keep the boutique tidy and inviting

Assist with restocking merchandise and organizing displays
Qualifications:

Positive, outgoing attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Reliability and willingness to be part of a team

Comfortable standing and light lifting
-
Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required
