Experienced  Fundraising Coordinator for our K9 Officer Calendar

This is a volunteer position!

Looking for an Experienced  Fundraising Coordinator who will plan, recruit and manage several volunteers/supporters who will run our calendar project in 2024  with a  release date starting Sept 2024 for our 2025 K9 Kop Calendars.

This person should be able to give no less than 1-3 hours per week starting in March and leading up to the 2025 release of our K9 Calendars and then 1-2 hours per week throughout the fall season.

This is an established fundraiser and we are looking to grow our 2024 fall season to include use of our calendars as fundraising opportunities for other groups and organizations to raise funds for their needs. 

The event coordinator and dedicated volunteers would need to meet once a month to discuss ongoing progress on the areas of:

  • Social media and other forms of advertising.
  • Sponsorships
  • Volunteers promoting the calendars at events throughout the Lehigh Valley
