Create a Winter Wonderland!
The Salvation Army Children's Services is hosting our annual Christmas party for foster families on Saturday, December 11. Due to COVID restrictions, the party will be held "drive through" style outdoors, with families signing up for a time slot to come and pick up their gifts from Santa, as well as other outdoor activities. One of the options we are hoping to provide for families is photos with Santa. We are looking for somebody who would be willing to create a beautiful winter wonderland setup that we can use as a photo background. The background should be able to accomodate families of various sizes and be able to be wiped or sprayed down with disinfectant between uses. This is a fun opportunity for a creative individual or group to put their skills to work to make lifelong memories for families!
The party will be held at Swamp Mennonite Church in Quakertown. You will have the option to set it up either Friday, December 10 or early in the morning of December 11 before families arrive. If you would like to have your props/backdrop back after the party, they can be picked up on Saturday afternoon or from our Allentown office the following week.
