Animal Shelter/Manager
We are currently looking for a Shelter Manager/Director for our Animal Shelter. This experienced person will be responsible for overseeing The Sanctuary at Haafsville day-to-day operations. He/She will manage the daily shelter operations, supervise volunteers, maintain records, interact with the public, and ensure that shelter animals receive proper care. The Shelter Manager/Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure they are kept up-to-date in any matters pertaining to identifying, recommending, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions for day-to-day aspects of the shelter.
This person will also recommend and assist to implement procedures and best practices in conjunction with the Board of Directors. Candidate must have flexible hours available. Four plus years of administration experience within an animal shelter environment required with full leadership and management experience. Please contact us for full details.
