Educational forums provide nonprofit leaders an opportunity to share experiences and learn new practices and methods to benefit their role and their organization. Topics are directed by nonprofit leaders and outside facilitators assist in the discussion. All sessions listed below will be virtual on Zoom.

An opportunity to create a platform for sustainability for your organization. This program provides insights to help you navigate the challenges associated with running a sustainable nonprofit organization. Whether it is building and engaging your board, strategically planning including succession planning, and/or raising the funds you need to be sustainable, there will be great learnings for you from this program.
Volunteer Program Improvement Plan Working Session
An in-person working session for organization leadership to work with their volunteer engagement professional. Together, you will identify elements of your volunteer program for improvement and start a plan to address them.
