Description:  Help clean up our city with a litter brigade for Hellertown/Lower Saucon Township! Bethlehem, Easton, and surrounding areas- please participate! Help bring back the beauty to our cities! All welcome, church groups, schools, athletes, scouts, cheerleaders, businesses, environmental groups, any member of the community is welcome, let's all help to clean up our cities! This will be a twice a year event- April 29, 2023, November 4, 2023!

Monday, 4/17/2023 - Antinanco's Earth Day Tree Week - American Chestnut Care on a Private Farm, 9AM-4PM, Antinanco Earth Arts School, http://www.antinanco.org, 4936 Skytop Dr.        Emmaus, PA .

Description: On this day, we will care for 26 American Chestnut trees (fertilize, weed, inspect for any signs of Chestnut blight, upgrade tree shelters) that we planted in prior years. We will meet at 4936 Skytop Dr, Emmaus PA, park and walk half a mile to the planting site. Maximum volunteers: 8.

Saturday, 4/22/2023 - Earth Day Tree Planting, 10AM-3PM, Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center, 400 Belfast Rd., Nazareth, PA 18064. 

Description: Sign up to celebrate Earth Day with us! Choose an hour-long time slot and meet us in front of the visitor center at the hour you have chosen. You will have an opportunity to learn about invasive species and their ecological impacts, and then replace one with a native sapling. This conservation project aims to strengthen the riparian buffer along the Bushkill Creek and provide habitat for wildlife. Tools and instruction will be provided. In the event we run out of saplings to plant, there are always invasives to remove. Description: Back by popular demand, certified forest therapy guide Sharon Lohse returns to St. Francis Center for Renewal to lead a special Earth Day nature program. The day will consist of a two-hour guided walk around the Monocacy Manor property. Registration Details: Registration is $50 per person. including the two-hour guided walk around SFCR's property, snacks, and tea. Space is limited, so please register early. Saturday, 4/22/2023 - Clean-up Day held throughout the township. 8AM - 12PM, Lower Milford Township, Macungie, PA.

Description: Volunteers are invited to stop by the Township building at 8 a.m. to pick up safety vests, gloves, trash bags, water, and maps.

Description: Getting ready for Immersion Days field trips & need help outside working in small groups - painting, picking up litter/debris, putting up pop-up tents. Registering ahead of time is highly encouraged so we have the appropriate amount of supplies on hand. Minimum age for volunteering is 12 (under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

Description:  The Jim Thorpe Earth Day Lehigh River Clean Up will be held on Saturday April 22nd this year (Rain date Sunday April 23rd) We will meet in the gazebo in Josiah White Park (by the train station) at 8am for trash bags, gloves and safety vests and directions onto where to go and where to put your full bags of trash. All participants will receive a free lunch and some other Earth Day SWAG.

Saturday, 4/22/2023 - Earth Day Lake and Land Cleanup, 9AM-3PM, Nockamixon State Park Fishing Pier, 29 Deerwood Ln, Quakertown, PA 18951.
