Corporate Volunteer Instructions
Step 1: View Day of Caring Service Projects by clicking on the buttons below. Note that there is a different listing for each date this year.
Projects are listed as a table with important information such as nonprofit organization name, number of volunteer slots available, city, and impact area. Each of these column headings can be sorted by clicking on it. To view more details of the project and to sign up volunteers for it, click on the red view button on the right side of the table.
Step 2: Review project details and ensure it is a good fit for your team.

Step 3: Sign up for Your Chosen Project
When you are ready to commit to a Day of Caring Project, to sign up for the project, you will need to create a volunteer profile on the VC website or log in if you already have an account. Fill out the form at the bottom of the project description page and click the "express interest" button at the bottom of the form.
Create a Volunteer Profile Before Selecting a Project
After registering you will receive an email with all the details and the nonprofit will receive an email that you have signed up for their project.
Step 4: Manage your Volunteer Team if Numbers Change
You will be given a unique link to update your volunteer numbers around August 17. Please be sure that all volunteer numbers have been finalized by September 10 when the lunches are assigned. Any volunteer changes after this date can be communicated with the nonprofit directly.
