Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays Pantry Worker
Tuesday of Pantry Week 2nd and 4th weeks of the month – pantry distribution weeks
Please Note: State regulations require all volunteers to be over 18 and under 65, Nor can we accept volunteers for community service hours.
Pantry volunteers are required to wear head covering, long hair must be pulled back or under a hat, if you have a mask please bring it. If not, one will be provided, gloves are provided.
All the food comes into the truck on pallets. Each box of food is weighed. The boxes are lifted onto the scale and items are separated. The frozen and refrigerated items are then put into the proper areas.Depending on the items some of everything is put into the bags. Then the bags are taken to a designated area for distribution.
Then after everything is put into place everything must be cleaned up.
