Calendar Committee Volunteers for our K9 Officer Calendar
Looking for several people interested in helpng to put together a calendar with a release date starting Sept 2024 for our 2025 K9 Kop Calendars.
You should be able to give than 1-2 hours per week starting in April and leading up to the Sept 2024 release of our K9 Calendars and throughout the fall /winter season.
This is an established fundraiser, and we are looking to grow our 2024 fall season to include use of our calendars as fundraising opportunities for other groups and organizations to raise funds for their needs.
Dedicated committee members would need to meet virtually once a month (via Zoom or other means) to discuss ongoing progress on the areas of:
- Social media and other forms of advertising.
- Sponsorships
- Volunteer availability to promote and sell the calendars at events throughout the Lehigh Valley
- Setting up opportunities to promote fundraising opportunities to groups and organizations throughout the Lehigh Valley
