Resident Transport - 2025
Gracedale Nursing Home, one of Pennsylvania's largest long term care facilities, is in need of volunteers to assist residents in getting to in-house clinic appointments. This may involve pushing residents in wheelchairs, broda chairs, or simply walking alongside a resident and engaging in conversation while making sure they arrive to the clinic area safely. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get those steps in!
Volunteers must be able to commit to one day a week. Current availability is:
Wendesdays, approx 8:00am - 12:00pm
Thursdays, approx 9:00am - 12:30pm
Fridays, approx 8:30am - 1:00pm
Lunch and training provided. Volunteers must pass a background check.
