American Chestnut Tree Care in Emmaus, PA
This event is part of Antinanco's American Chestnut and Food Forest Restoration Projects Here.
We will perform light TLC for 26 American Chestnut trees that we planted in prior years, inspect the trees for any damage, and upgrade rodent and deer protection.
Note: The planting site is located next to the Skytop community off South 5th Street. The site has poor car access. Volunteers will need to park at Skytop and hike to the site half a mile. The exact address will be provided upon sign up.
Please bring lunch, plenty of water, and wear close-toed shoes.
