Board Members Needed! Treasurer Needed!

Service Commitments and expectations: Seeking multiple board members for growing nonprofit in the animal care sector, including Treasurer of the Board. Treasurer will assist the Board in understanding finances of the organization, input monthly income and expenses into Quickbooks, inventory reconciliation each quarter, reconcile bank statements each month, prepare reporting package every quarter from Quickbooks, and assist with any financial data needed for grant filings.
Financial Commitment required: No
Terms: 2 Year Terms minimum, no maximum term limit.
Board size: 8
Meeting frequency: Once per month, usually the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm via Zoom or in person. Please note that date can fluctuate to service all board member’s schedules
