AIDSNET Board of Directors
AIDSNET needs community members and professionals living in Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, or Schuylkill counties to join our Board of Directors. We need you to help oversee AIDSNET's mission of building healthier communities by planning and funding HIV care and prevention services in our six-county region. We do not provide direct care. Our main goal is to help our funded agencies provide quality services.
Board Members are responsible for governing the organization, including, but not limited to:
•Assuming full responsibility and authority for overall management of the organization
•Review and approval of the organization’s budget and fiscal management
•Guidance, direction, and monitoring for completion of regional goals and expectations
Meetings are bimonthly on the first Tuesday, beginning in February, from 5-7pm.
Knowledge of HIV is not a requirement; just a desire to help end this epidemic.
