Purse Bingo Fundraiser at Alburtis Community Center
We need 10-20 volunteers to help at our Purse bingo Fundraiser to set up the tables and raffle baskets. We also need help when people arrive to buy their boards and other items for the bingo. The Bingo Fundraiser is Sunday, May 7th at Alburtis Community Center.
Set up starts at 9:30 am and the doors open at 11:30 am. Bingo starts at 1 pm and goes till about 5 pm.
We need 10 volunteers to help with setup, food prep, etc from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Our second shift is from 12:30-5 pm which involves several areas including help in the kitchen with serving food, help with the bingo games and verifying bingo, cleaning up after we are done and a few other tasks.
