The mission of Horses & Horizons Therapeutic Learning Center is to provide a safe and effective horseback riding program for persons with disabilities in the following manners: 1) To use horseback riding as therapy to enhance/supplement other forms of therapy, 2) To make the riding experience an enjoyable learning experience for all involved, and 3) To promote the well-being of persons with disabilities through the provision of horseback riding.
