Recruitment of Cadets2 Members
YEA! is looking for volunteers to help with recruitment of members for one of our music programs, Cadets2 (C2), a weekend-only, regionally performing drum and bugle corps. C2 consists of approximately 128 young men and women ages 16 to 25 located in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding area.
Recruitment will be in the form of phone calls, emails, and direct messages sent to potential members. Volunteers with strong communication/writing skills, a musical background and/or experience with the marching arts, and availability in the late afternoon/early evening are preferred.
