Bunk Bed Assembly
The Sixth Street Shelter is seeking assistance with putting together two sets of bunk beds. This is a project that goes more smoothly with at least two people helping. So find a buddy and head on over! We're open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and this is something that could take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the skill and experience level of the volunteers. Instructions and tools are provided. Must be comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs and able to walk up and down steps. Feel free to reach out for more information.
