Holiday Hope Chests "Shoebox Squad" 2019
We are looking for volunteers to wrangle shoeboxes from local shoe stores for our Holiday Hope Chests Program!
Visit shoe stores close to you and ask when is a good day to pick up shoeboxes - before they get thrown out! - and bring them to the Volunteer Center.
Can you be on-call? Join the Shoebox Squad to go to stores that have already agreed to hold on to shoeboxes for our program, pick them up, and bring them to our office.
ALSO, those shoeboxes need to get wrapped with seasonal (winter themed) paper either at your home, business or our office. We can schedule your group to come in and wrap.
Donations of seasonal wrapping paper and clear tape are helpful and always accepted!
