Project Blueprint
April 13 - May 25, 2010
A blueprint for racial ethnic diversity in volunteer leadership.
The Volunteer Center’s Project Blueprint is a leadership development program with the goal of increasing the number of racial ethnic minorities providing leadership for the boards of Lehigh Valley non profit agencies. It is designed to help these organizations develop boards that are more inclusive, responsive and reflective of the culturally diverse communities they serve. Project Blueprint develops knowledgeable and trained leadership volunteers who can most effectively help agencies meet the new and emerging needs of our community. There is no cost for this program.
This seven session volunteer leadership program covers topics which relate to board membership and leadership skills. Upon completion, the Volunteer Center assists graduates to find suitable board placement.
If you have any questions, please call the Volunteer Center at 610-807-0336 or email your contact information to jane@volunteerlv.org. There is no fee for this class but registration is required and the class is limited to 20 participants.
